We provide a quick response maintenance service and regularly inspect your homes and keep them presented and maintained to a high standard. All houses meet the latest regulations for fire safety and we carry out periodic testing of smoke alarms, fire safety equipment, gas and electrical appliances.

No more arguments over bills!! Our £99 per month bills package includes; Council Tax; Water Rates; Virgin Media Package (Line rental, free view and broadband) and TV License. £22.50 from the £99 goes towards Gas & Electricity (this is worked out on average during your tenancy so takes into account the difference between summer and winter months). We administer all the utility bills, they don't even get sent to the house!
Cleaning and Gardening
Cleaning and Gardening

All the shared areas get lots of use particularly the bathrooms and nobody wants to spend Sunday mornings cleaning or getting the lawnmower out so we organise it all for you. Your bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and hallways will be cleaned once a week. The cleaner works to a detailed checklist which is available for you to see and the standard of their work is regularly inspected. Your garden will be maintained for you and kept neat and tidy, perfect for when you want to make use of the 'Yourshack BBQ' present in all of our properties!
Contract
Contract

All we require is a minimum six-month commitment, after that you can leave when you want (subject to one month notice) it's as simple as that. As with most tenancies you are required to pay the rental in advance plus a security deposit of £295 which we register with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme. We charge £60 to cover the costs of setting up your tenancy. You are contracted to your room only, which is professionally cleaned and decorated before you move in. The landlord holds responsibility for any empty rooms and maintenance of all communal areas
